Visit the official website onesignal in the search engine as shown below
you click the website address like the picture above, the website onesignal.com, and you will be diverted to its official website, And you select the Web push platform like the picture below
Then register or login

After that you create the application or your website name as in the picture below
Then select the search platform that is mozilla, chrome, and safari as shown below
Then continue and you have to choose platfrom, you select category website builder then you select cms blogger if you want to put onesignal in your blogger,

Then you fill your complete form as shown below:
Then you scroll down and save and you will be diverted to javascript halan, as shown below
After that you login to blogger

  1. Template
  2. Edit HTML
  3. install the onesignal code under the <head> tag
  4. And save
